To jeden z nich.
Balkon.
Rynek Główny i Bazylika Mariacka trzy minuty stąd. Planty, Muzeum Czartoryskich, Teatr Stary, plac Szczepański. Restauracje i kawiarnie samej ulicy Świętego Tomasza, którą krakowianie kojarzą raczej z kolacją niż z ruchem ulicznym. Codzienne zakupy, apteka, siłownia i przystanek tramwajowy w kilka minut.

An Old Town Apartment Overlooking the Słowacki Theatre | 97 m², Lift, Air Conditioning
There are perhaps a dozen addresses in Kraków where you can stand at your own window and look out at a nineteenth-century opera house. This is one of them.
The apartment occupies the top floor of a townhouse on ulica Świętego Tomasza, a residential street in the medieval core of the city, minutes from the Main Market Square. From the windows: the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre, built in 1893 and modelled on the Paris Opéra, floodlit after dark. Behind the glass: quiet. This combination is what makes the address unusual, because in the Old Town the two almost never come together.
The rarest thing about it is the lift
In Kraków's historic townhouses, a lift is the exception rather than the rule, and one that reaches the uppermost floor is rarer still. Here it does. You arrive at your own door without a staircase, nobody lives above you, and the view belongs to the highest floor in old architecture: rooftops, spires and sky rather than a neighbour's window across the courtyard.
The apartment
Ninety-seven square metres, arranged with intent. Two bedrooms, the principal one with its own dressing room. A living room and a separate, generous dining room, so entertaining and everyday life do not compete for the same space. A bathroom and a separate WC. A balcony.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout, with a television in the rooms. In a top-floor apartment under a historic roof, air conditioning is not a luxury but the difference between a comfortable July and an unusable one, and it is something very few addresses of this kind can offer.
Condition is excellent: maintained with care and ready to be lived in from the first day. Nothing needs doing, nothing needs waiting for.
Life at this address
Everything the city is known for is a walk from the front gate. The Main Market Square and St Mary's Basilica in three minutes. The Planty ring, the Czartoryski Museum, the Stary Theatre, Plac Szczepański. The restaurants and cafés of Świętego Tomasza itself, a street Cracovians associate with dining rather than traffic. Daily shopping, pharmacies, a gym and a tram stop within a few minutes. The main railway station and the airport train in ten.
For anyone arriving in Kraków from abroad, this address removes the car from the equation entirely, along with the commute, the parking, and the compromise between a central location and a liveable one.
A note on the street
Ulica Świętego Tomasza belongs to the original grid laid out when the city received its charter in 1257. The address has appeared on maps of Kraków for nearly eight centuries.
